Unwind with Lavender

Lavender is one sure way to bring bees into your garden

Besides the ability to brighten up the mood of every gardener as well as keeping bees and butterflies happy, Lavender has more uses than one can imagine.

Lavender is fragrant and nothing else relaxes like a warm Lavender bath, just run water and add flowers or leaves.

Water infused with Lavender over night produces a refreshing alternative to splash the face with, in the morning.

Sprigs of Lavender can be dried upside down and will retain their fragrance for using all over the house, for example: on your bookshelf to chase fishmoths away.

Lavender leaves and flowers can be added sparingly to flavour herbal teas and it is known to have medicinal properties.

The list is endless, so I shall end my list with a friendly request. Leave some for the bumblebees!
